Hi Leanne, I'm Nikita, the Studio Manager at Pinot & Picasso Auckland. I wanted to personally reach out and share a quick update—our Albany studio will be permanently closing its doors on July 31st. Rest assured this does not affect your upcoming mobile booking. Our Newmarket studio remains fully operational, and your session will go ahead as planned with no changes to the event details.

  • Date: Friday 22 August, 2025
  • Time: 6:00 – 8:00 PM
  • Location: Kristin School, 360 Albany Highway
  • Painting: To Be Confirmed
  • Guests: Minimum 12 guests at $69pp (or minimum spend applies)
  • Estimated attendance: 50–60 guests (TBC)
  • Initial Deposit: Paid

🍷 Food & Drink Details

  • 🥂 BYO beverages & snacks welcome (wine, RTDs, milk tea, coffee).
  • ❌ Hard liquor (above 30%) is not advised.
  • 🧀 Optional: Grazing Boxes from The Platter Collective (starting from $120)
  • 📦 Please schedule platter delivery for around 2:00 PM or during the session.
We’ll provide: ✅ Glassware, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, napkins, and disposable cutlery 🔪 Please bring a knife and extra bowls if needed 🚰 Water available onsite 🚭 No smoking or drugs allowed during the event

⏳ What to Expect – Event Flow

  • 5:00 PM – Pinot & Picasso team arrives to set up
  • 6:00 PM – Guests arrive and settle in
  • 6:15–7:30 PM – Guided painting session (with breaks)
  • 7:30–7:45 PM – Final touches & soft pack-down
  • 8:00 PM – Event wraps up
  • 8:45 PM – Pinot & Picasso team completes pack-down and exits

🎨 What’s Included in Your Private Session

  • All painting supplies – brushes, canvases, paints
  • A professional artist to guide the session
  • A curated playlist to set the mood
  • A creative, memorable experience for all!
You’ll need to provide: ✔️ Tables & chairs ✔️ Access to running water ✔️ A great space to create! We’ll also bring table covers to keep your venue clean and paint-ready. 🎨✨

What we offer
All sessions include guidance from one of our artists to assist you in releasing your inner Picasso. Canvas sizes are 16′ x 20′ for Standard Sessions, 12′ x 16′ for Kids Sessions and Textured Art includes a frame! The only thing you’ll need to bring is your favourite beverage, some nibbles and your imagination.
