So excited to have you and your group in the studio! We’ve officially locked in your private Sip & Paint session:

📍 Location: Albany Studio
4C Antares Place, Rosedale
🎨 Painting: Custom Textured Artwork with Goldleaf/Gold Detailing (details provided)
👥 Minimum: 14 guests | $79pp
Custom Artwork Fee: $120 (flat rate)
💳 Initial Deposit: Paid via Albany website

🎭 Custom Artwork

Since your event is in August, we’ll begin designing your custom artwork in July.
We'll use your reference image with the requested dusty pink splash accent and adapt it into a version that works within a 3-hour textured art format—perfect for your session and group vibe!


🗓 Important Deadlines

  • Final payment, confirmed guest count (if more than 14), and artwork sign-off due by: August 2nd, 2025

  • If additional guests join after August 2nd, let me know and I’ll send you an updated payment link

  • No-shows on the day are non-refundable

🍷 Food & Drinks – Let’s Get the Party Started!

  • BYO wine, RTDs, milk tea, snacks, and light catering

  • Hard liquor (over 30%) is not advised

  • Wine also available for purchase in-studio (EFTPOS only)

  • Optional grazing platters available from our friends at The Platter Collective – starting from $120

  • Platter delivery: Please arrange for arrival at 7:00 PM or during your session

Studio Amenities Include:
✅ Glassware, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, napkins & disposable cutlery
🔪 Bring a knife or extra serving bowls if needed
🚰 Water provided
🚭 No smoking or drugs permitted in studio


⏳ Event Flow – What to Expect

  • 6:50 PM – Doors open (please don’t arrive earlier—we’ll be setting up)

  • 7:00 PM – Guests arrive & settle in

  • 7:15 – 9:30 PM – Guided painting session with breaks for snacks & sips

  • 9:30 – 9:45 PM – Final touches & light clean-up

  • 10:00 PM – Take home your masterpiece!

All sessions include guidance from one of our artists to assist you in releasing your inner Picasso. The only thing you’ll need to bring is your favourite bottle of vino, some nibbles and your imagination.
