CUSTOMER COVID-19 POLICY

This Customer COVID-19 Policy (Policy) applies to all customers of Veuve Ventures NZ Pty Ltd (NZBN 9429 0499 73860) t/as Pinot & Picasso and/or its franchisees (collectively referred to as “Pinot & Picasso”) and forms part of the terms and conditions of booking or otherwise engaging with Pinot & Picasso in respect of any physical events conducted by Pinot & Picasso (Event).

Note: This Policy will be frequently updated from time to time as circumstances of the Covid-19 Pandemic continue to change and evolve. Please ensure you are up-to-date with the latest version of this Policy which will be hosted at www.pinotandpicasso.nz/customer-covid-policy including in particular the applicable version of the Policy immediately prior to your scheduled Event.

Pinot & Picasso is required to comply with all public health order and government direction. This Policy sets out Pinot & Picassos requirements of its customers and includes frequently asked questions, which for the avoidance of doubt forms part of the terms of this Policy.

The New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework (traffic lights) has ended, and most COVID-19 rules were removed on 13 September 2022.
 
QR Codes are available at all stores for contract tracing purposes, if you choose to scan in.

Where Government Directions requiring double vaccination are applicable at the time of your Event within your Town/City you will be asked to provide evidence to Pinot & Picasso prior to entering the studio in which the Event is being held. Pinot & Picasso is awaiting direction from the New Zealand government in how your vaccination status will be checked. We will keep you updated on this aspect, where you have booked an event.  In some circumstances Pinot & Picasso may accept a medical exemption, however Pinot & Picasso will consider the safety of yourself and other attendees of the Event when making this determination.

The information you provide will be used and retained in accordance with Pinot & Picassos obligations under Privacy Laws and to ensure we can produce evidence of compliance with the Government Direction if required.

Pinot & Picasso will comply with the New Zealand Consumer Law in respect of the offer of refunds or credits to you.

Where you make a booking at a time when Government Directions requiring double vaccination were in force, were scheduled to be in force, or were reasonably foreseeable that they may be in force as at the time of your Event, you do so at your own risk. If you cannot attend because you do not meet the Government Directions Pinot & Picasso is under no obligation to provide a refund to you.

Where you make a booking at a time when Government Directions requiring double vaccination were not in force, were not scheduled to be in force or were not reasonably foreseeable to be in force as at the time of your Event and you wish to cancel your Event on the basis you cannot attend because you do not meet the Government Directions, Pinot & Picasso will provide you with a credit.
