note: has already paid for 6 tickets worth $59 each existing credit of 6x59 = $354 so minimum spend will apply for this booking (10 x $59) outstanding amount to secure private booking = $590 - $354 = $236 outstanding!Please make the deposit to secure the date ASAP! Let me know when you do. Note: You’re date is not reserved till you make deposit Your final payment, choice of artwork and numbers (if more than 12) are due by 21st June 2024
Let me know once you have decided on an artwork or need some opinions, and once your final
numbers are confirmed so that i can make the adjustment to the final payment for you! For a private function you can choose your own artwork. I have attached it down below (for a 2 hour sessions)
Plants over people would be too detailed for a 2 hour session so please pick a new one from the above document!

Cut off Date for Numbers & Final Payment due : 21st June 2024 However, if more people join past 21st June, just let me know and i will ad a new link for the outstanding payment! Food/Wine: -any food or drink can be brought (eg, Wine, RTD's, Milktea, Coffee*
- we do not advice bringing Hard Liquor (over 30% alcohol, spirits)
- you are welcome to bring your own catering, or alternatively

The Platter Collective | Grazing Table Catering & Platters | Auckland - Please tell the caterer to deliver the platter boxes at session start time (630pm) or during session - we have plenty of glassware available on premise, there is a fridge to keep drinks cold, as well as a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink and kettle! - We have napkins and disposable cutlery available on premise
- however i advise you to bring your own knife for cutting and bowls if needed - also please drink responsibly, and we have plenty of water available on premise if needed
- drugs and smoking not allowed Structure of the day: 620pm: Guests start arriving 630pm: guest arrival on time 645pm - 8pm: Painting session (with some breaks in between - can eat/drink while painting) - 8-815pm: Finishing up details/ soft packing up 830pm: Leave premise, and take masterpieces home with you!

- I’m running late, is that okay?

Of course, these things happen! Please don’t feel you need to panic call the studio 100 times, our artists will be busy being the hostess with the mostess and would have started to provide the group art steps. To ensure the session isn’t interrupted, please just arrive when you can and we will catch you up during the next paint-drying break.
- What happens if my session is cancelled?

In the rare event that a public session is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to their session scheduled start time.
Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session, a studio credit to the value of their purchase for future use or a refund. - Can you hold onto my painting?

While we would love to hold onto all the masterpieces and sell them on Etsy, many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artworks for a week, however after that they will look to donate the canvas to local charities and organisations. If you’ve left your artwork behind be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange a collection!
