I’m so excited to welcome you and your group to the studio! We’ve locked in your private Sip & Paint session, and here’s everything you need to prepare:

⏰ Time: 3:00 – 5:00 PM
📍 Location: Auckland CBD Studio – 39 Remuera Road, Remuera

👥 Guest Count: 14 guests at $55pp depending on artwork) (Min 12 guests or minimum spend applies)
🗓 Important Deadlines
💰 Final payment & guest count (min. 12) due by: Tuesday, July 9
➕ If extra guests join after July 9, just let me know and I’ll send a new payment link
⚠️ No-shows on the event day are non-refundable

🍷 Food & Drinks – BYO or Add-On Options
🥂 BYO wine, RTDs, milk tea, or coffee (hard liquor not recommended)
🍾 We also sell wine on-site (EFTPOS only)
🧀 Optional Platters: Grazing boxes from The Platter Collective (from $120)
📦 Please arrange platter delivery by 2:00 PM or during the session
Studio Amenities:
✅ Glassware, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle
✅ Napkins & disposable cutlery
🔪 If needed, bring a knife and extra bowls
🚰 Water is provided
🚭 No smoking or drugs permitted in the studio
⏳ Event Flow – What to Expect
🕒 2:50 PM – Doors open (please don’t arrive earlier – we’ll be setting up!)
👋 3:00 PM – Guests arrive & settle in
🎨 3:15 – 4:30 PM – Guided painting session (with breaks for food & drinks)
🖼 4:30 – 4:45 PM – Finishing touches & soft pack-down
🏡 5:00 PM – Take your masterpieces home!

FAQ
- I’m running late, is that okay?

Of course, these things happen! Please don’t feel you need to panic call the studio 100 times, our artists will be busy being the hostess with the mostess and would have started to provide the group art steps. To ensure the session isn’t interrupted, please just arrive when you can and we will catch you up during the next paint-drying break.
- What happens if my session is cancelled?

In the rare event that a public session is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to their session scheduled start time.
Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session, a studio credit to the value of their purchase for future use or a refund. - Can you hold onto my painting?

While we would love to hold onto all the masterpieces and sell them on Etsy, many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artworks for a week, however after that they will look to donate the canvas to local charities and organisations. If you’ve left your artwork behind be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange a collection!
