We're so excited to welcome you and your group to the studio! Your private Sip & Paint session is confirmed as follows:

Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Location: Auckland CBD Studio (39 Remuera Road, Remuera)

Guest Count: 10 (Minimum 8 promised at $69 per person (depending on artwork) or minimum spend applies).

Artwork Selection
As this is a private event, you get to choose your painting from our collection.

Important Deadlines

Final payment, artwork selection, and guest count (if over 12 guests) are due by Aug 1, 2025

Please schedule any deliveries to arrive at or after 2:00 PM
Studio Amenities

Glassware, fridge, microwave, sink, kettle, napkins, and disposable cutlery provided

If needed: please bring a knife for cutting and any extra serving bowls

Smoking and drug use are not permitted in the studio
Event Flow
9:50 AM – Doors open (please don’t arrive earlier, as we’ll be setting up)
10:00 AM – Guests arrive and settle in
10:15 AM – Guided painting session begins, with breaks for food and drinks
12:30 PM – Finishing touches and soft pack-down
1:00 PM – Session ends and guests take home their artworks

- I’m running late, is that okay?

Of course, these things happen! Please don’t feel you need to panic call the studio 100 times, our artists will be busy being the hostess with the mostess and would have started to provide the group art steps. To ensure the session isn’t interrupted, please just arrive when you can and we will catch you up during the next paint-drying break.
- What happens if my session is cancelled?

In the rare event that a public session is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to their session scheduled start time.
Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session, a studio credit to the value of their purchase for future use or a refund. - Can you hold onto my painting?

While we would love to hold onto all the masterpieces and sell them on Etsy, many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artworks for a week, however after that they will look to donate the canvas to local charities and organisations. If you’ve left your artwork behind be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange a collection!
