Description
  • We will provide the wine/juice, could you provide the glasses. Can the drinks be stored in your fridge please. - YES definitely can be stored in our fridge!
  • We will provide the food – pizza, delivered from Archie’s Pizzeria.  Could you please provide the plates/napkins/knives/forks (if not possible we will purchase these) - Yes we have our white paper plates and disposable wooden sporks available for use , however if you'd like it to be more aesthetic i recommend bringing your own!
  • We are yet to decide if we want to collaborate on a shared artwork or have individual artwork, could you provide examples of shared artwork? - Yes. no worries at all ill attach them below - i will say with the shared artwork - most companies don't end up displaying them in their office - its a more one time novelty - i would recommend an individual artwork if you want everyone to have something they can take home!
  • If we choose to provide our own shared design, are there any considerations we need to be aware of? - our artist will be reformattting your artwork to what we see is feasible within the timeframe of your session! So the only consideration is to be open to artistic suggestion from our team to make the artwork best for the session - our process we recommend is to pick an artwork from our current gallery and then choose aspect to modify to fit your vision in mind!
  •  Also there will be a one time cost of $100 for the creation of a custom artwork!
  • What size are the canvas’ please? it is a 16x20 canvas!

Cut off Date for Numbers & Final Payment due : 14th November 2024 However, if more people join past the above date  just let me know and i will add a new link for the outstanding payment! If after this date you have more people joining/leaving i will add a ticket for you to pay the extras outstanding or i will refund you any amount up above the 12th guest minimum

However this must be confirmed at latest the day prior to the event

We do not process refunds for no shows on the day of the event itself!

Food/Wine: -any food or drink can be brought (eg, Wine, RTD's, Milktea, Coffee*

- we do not advice bringing Hard Liquor (over 30% alcohol, spirits)

- you are welcome to bring your own catering, or alternatively

Grazing Boxes: ranges from $120-$485

The Platter Collective | Grazing Table Catering & Platters | Auckland - Please tell the caterer to deliver the platter boxes at session start time (6pm) or during session - we have plenty of glassware available on premise, there is a fridge to keep drinks cold, as well as a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink and kettle! - We have napkins and disposable cutlery available on premise

- however i advise you to bring your own knife for cutting and bowls if needed - also please drink responsibly, and we have plenty of water available on premise if needed

- drugs and smoking not allowed Structure of the day: *Do not come earlier than 545pm as we have a session prior that we need time to pack down and prepare for your session*

6pm: guest arrival on time

6.15pm - 830: Painting session (with some breaks in between - can eat/drink while painting)

830-845pm: Finishing up details/ soft packing up 9pm: Leave premise, and take masterpieces home with you!

What we offer
All sessions include guidance from one of our artists to assist you in releasing your inner Picasso. Canvas sizes are 16′ x 20′ for Standard Sessions, 12′ x 16′ for Kids Sessions and Textured Art includes a frame! The only thing you’ll need to bring is your favourite beverage, some nibbles and your imagination.
