Your final payment, choice of artwork and numbers (if more than 12) are due by 13th October 2024Let me know once you have decided on an artwork or need some opinions, and once your final
numbers are confirmed so that i can make the adjustment to the final payment for you!

13th October 2024 However, if more people join past the above date just let me know and i will add a new link for the outstanding payment! If after this date you have more people joining/leaving i will add a ticket for you to pay the extras outstanding or i will refund you any amount up above the 12th guest minimumHowever this must be confirmed at latest the day prior to the event
We do not process refunds for no shows on the day of the event itself!

- Please tell the caterer to deliver the platter boxes at session start time (5pm) or during session - we have plenty of glassware available on premise, there is a fridge to keep drinks cold, as well as a small kitchenette with a microwave, sink and kettle! - We have napkins and disposable cutlery available on premise- however i advise you to bring your own knife for cutting and bowls if needed - also please drink responsibly, and we have plenty of water available on premise if needed

Structure of the day: *Do not come earlier than 450pm as we have a session prior that we need time to pack down and prepare for your session*5pm: guest arrival on time
515pm - 630: Painting session (with some breaks in between - can eat/drink while painting)
630-645pm: Finishing up details/ soft packing up 7pm: Leave premise, and take masterpieces home with you!

- I’m running late, is that okay?

Of course, these things happen! Please don’t feel you need to panic call the studio 100 times, our artists will be busy being the hostess with the mostess and would have started to provide the group art steps. To ensure the session isn’t interrupted, please just arrive when you can and we will catch you up during the next paint-drying break.
- What happens if my session is cancelled?

In the rare event that a public session is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will be notified via email or text message no later than 24 hours prior to their session scheduled start time.
Ticket purchasers will be offered a reschedule to another upcoming session, a studio credit to the value of their purchase for future use or a refund. - Can you hold onto my painting?

While we would love to hold onto all the masterpieces and sell them on Etsy, many of our studios have limited storage space. Some studios may hold artworks for a week, however after that they will look to donate the canvas to local charities and organisations. If you’ve left your artwork behind be sure to get in touch with the studio to arrange a collection!
