PRIVATE FUNCTION

That’s right, folks - you can have the whole Pinot & Picasso studio for yourself! Private sessions are your classic P&P Sip & Paint model without the blow ins.
Perfect for small catch ups, family reunions, birthdays or just for the hell of it. As long as you meet the minimum numbers, the studio is all yours.
Mobile & POP UP EVENTS
From $75 per person, minimum spend applies
The Pinot & Picasso team will pack up our easels, canvases and brushes and hit the road to bring our studio to you! Perfect for backyards, functions centres or even your favourite bar or restaurant.
Kids Birthday Parties

We can run a variety of kids classes, tailored for kids birthdays and milestone celebrations. Whether you’re looking to celebrate a 6th birthday party, or the end of the netball season – we’ve got you covered!

GRAZING BOARDS
From $25 per head
Includes a range of cheeses, dips, cold meats, crackers, Seasonal fruits & sweet treats. Grazing board styles will vary per studio or pop up venue.

Pinot & Picasso uses local catering companies and therefore, inclusions in our Grazing Boxes vary across our studios. Our Grazing Boxes include food that contains or may contain: peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame seeds, fish, shellfish, soy, lupin, wheat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Included in a Private Function package is everything you’ll need to create your masterpiece (except whatever you’ll be drinking).
We will supply all the necessary equipment, including:
- Your choice of Artwork
- A 16′ x 20′ blank canvas
- Acrylic paints
- Brushes
- Table easel
- Pinot & Picasso apron and
- Glassware for your beverages (most importantly)
If you are organising an event at a location outside of the studio (i.e. at your home) you will be required to provide glassware, tables & chairs and access to running water.
All packages include guidance from one of our artists to assist your group in releasing their inner Picasso.
Note: discount codes cannot be accepted for Private Function bookings.
COVID UPDATE: We are not currently offering communal grazing boards for Private Functions. If you choose to bring your own nibbles & food, we strongly discourage shared grazing platters. Please ensure measures are in place to minimise the risk of transmission i.e. food prepackaged for individuals.
We strongly encourage everyone to have a little food to eat while they sip!
Let us do the hard work for you with one of our hand-crafted, locally sourced grazing boards or pizza and graze packages, courtesy of our catering partners. Packages start from $25 a head, get in touch to discuss our options!
You are of course welcome to bring your own food & nibbles along to your in studio Private Function.
Our studios are BYO so don’t forget to pack your beverages!
Being a BYO only venue, we don’t sell anything on premise. Remember to bring your favourite bottle with you! If you forget, we’re more than happy to point you in the right direction.
Private Function deposits are non-refundable. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your Private Function, the deposit can be transferred to an alternate date that is suitable to yourself and Pinot & Picasso or returned as a studio credit.
If the full amount has been paid & there is more than 2 weeks before the session date, we can reschedule your private function to another date that is suitable for yourself & also the Pinot & Picasso studio.
We are unable to refund or reschedule private functions within the 2 weeks before your session date. The full amount will be forfeited. We hope this never has to happen.
Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Private Functions. If you have accidentally purchased it with your Private Function, we are more than happy to refund the Pinot Guarantee fee at your request.
